I've paid for my order. How long till I receive my items?
Orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer to minimise administrative and handling costs and to speed up delivery of your order. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Most orders are shipped by express post or courier and tracking information is available in most cases and upon request. Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery time will depend on the carrier your order is shipped with.
Whiteport cannot guarantee exact delivery times. We can provide you with an estimate, based on reasonable expectations and experience.
What happens if nobody is home when my order is delivered?
Whiteport uses a variety of carriers to deliver your order. For most items, a signature will be required on delivery. If you’re not home, a card will be left in your letterbox advising you to collect your parcel from your local post office or there will be a telephone number to call to arrange re-delivery.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
For some items we can deliver to a PO Box address but the majority of our orders require a residential street address. You may use a business address if that is more convenient as most items require a signature on delivery. In the event you provide us with a PO Box address which we cannot use, we will contact you to obtain an alternative delivery address.
What happens if I my goods are damaged or faulty?
We make every effort to ensure your order is carefully packed, however some items may incur damage during transit. If you receive damaged goods, we will replace them at no cost to you. Please notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the products.
What happens if I change my mind after receiving my order?
You may return products to us for exchange within 7 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging. Please notify us in writing with 7 days of receiving them should you wish to exchange an item.
Do you have a physical store?
Whiteport is an online store only. All of our products can be purchased via our website.
I have changed address since my last order – what should I do?
If your personal details have changed, please login to your account and click 'Change' at top of page to update your details. Alternatively, you can email us and we will ensure your records are updated.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
I have a discount coupon, how do I claim it?
To redeem your discount coupon, simply enter the coupon number at checkout and make sure you click on the Apply Coupon button. Coupons cannot be claimed after submitting your order online.
I have a business. Do you offer wholesale?

Do you ship overseas?
Most of our items are available for shipping within Australia only. Some items are available for overseas shipping. Please contact us to enquire about a particular product.
Do you share my personal information with anyone else?
What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a Product is "out of stock" when we process your Order, we will contact you to discuss revised delivery times or refund options. We do not charge an additional delivery fee for backorders.
Are the measurements on your site metric or imperial?
All of the measurement details listed on our website are in metric, centimetres and grams/kilograms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a wide range of payment methods for your convenience including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, cheque or direct bank transfer. Payment is required upfront before goods will be shipped. If paying by cheque, please allow 5-7 days for your cheque to clear in our account.
Do the prices on your website include GST?
