Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24-48 hours, except during Sale periods. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being received (excludes weekends and public holidays). You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item.
Orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer to minimise administrative and handling costs and to speed up delivery of your order. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Most orders are shipped by express post or courier and tracking information is available in most cases and upon request.
Furniture is delivered by one of our delivery partners, depending on where you live. We only use reputable delivery companies for our furniture deliveries and charge this at cost. Delivery of furniture is not available to PO boxes. For some items, you may be able to arrange your own transport to collect.
